The Application Process
KAIROS 42 is built on trust, not transactions. Our admission process reflects the values we protect: integrity, alignment, and mutual accountability.
Strictly Invite-Only
Admission is by invitation and referral only. We do not accept unsolicited applications through traditional channels. Every new member must be personally vouched for by the existing community.
The Referral System
Each member may refer a maximum of 3 new members in their lifetime — ensuring every introduction carries weight. Approval requires an in-person meeting and endorsement by at least 2 existing members, or 1 founding member.
Mutual Accountability
We prioritize integrity and cultural alignment above all else. Violations of our core principles result in immediate removal. Sponsors share responsibility: if a referred member violates community rules, the sponsor's membership benefits are suspended for six months.
How to Begin
While our online application portal is open, we strongly recommend connecting with an existing member who can refer you directly. A personal introduction dramatically increases the likelihood of admission and ensures alignment from the start.
